How To Play For Real Money
Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet. Please note that players must be 18 years of age or older to play at the casino.
A registration screen will appear giving you 2 options. If you would like to Play for Real Money, select the Real Account option and complete the information requested on-screen to register your Real account. You will be given a Real Account number and password. Please keep your account number and password separate. Select the Remember Password option if you are the only person with access to your computer.
Once you have registered your Real Account click the BANK button to purchase casino credits.
How to Try For Free
Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet. When you enter the casino click Connect. Please note that players must be 18 years of age or older to play at the casino.
A registration screen will appear giving you 2 options. If you would like to Try for Free, select the Guest Account option and complete the information requested on-screen to register your Guest account. You will be issued with a Guest Account number and password.
There is no limit to how long you can Try for Free and you can choose to register a Real Account at any time by clicking the REGISTER REAL ACCOUNT button.
When playing using a Guest Account, the casino games use exactly the same Random Number Generator as the Real Accounts and your odds are exactly the same as a Real Player. However Guest Accounts are unfortunately not able to play the Progressive Jackpot games or use the Check your Play History (PlayCheck) or Check your Cash History (Transaction History) functions.
If you would like to purchase additional Guest credits, simply click the BANK button and select the number of credits you require. These credits are available free of charge and you may add as many Guest credits as you wish.
Returning To The Casino

How To Install The Casino Software
When the download is complete, a Download complete dialog box will appear on-screen. Click Open which will begin the Install Wizard. If you prefer to click Close, you can launch the Install Wizard at any time by double-clicking the RoxyPalace_W3.exe icon on your Desktop or other location you may have selected to save the file in the Save As dialog box. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet when installing the software.
The Install Wizard screen will pop up. Click Next to advance until the Finish button appears.
Before the installation begins you will be able to read the Readme file for the casino which gives you a variety of information. Once you've clicked Finish the software will be installed and you will now automatically enter the casino. A convenient shortcut will be added to your desktop for you to run the casino software in future. The casino software will initially give you access to Roxy Palace's most popular games - 5 Reel Drive and Thunderstruck.
The casino software will then automatically download all 300 other games in the background while you are connected to the casino. You will be able to play uninterrupted while this downloading is taking place. Should you want immediate access to any games displaying on the Click to Download banner, simply click on these games and the download process will begin immediately. Once completed, the casino will resume downloading the other games without interrupting your gaming pleasure.
